3

Adding us to your contacts is the most reliable way to ensure delivery — Apple Mail will always prioritise emails from people in your contact list.

1
Find the email from Paywall Hero. Check your Junk Email or Other folder if it's not in your inbox.
2
Right-click the email in your inbox list.
3
Click Move to Focused Inbox (if you use Focused Inbox) — or Never move to Junk if it landed in Junk. If prompted, choose "Always" to apply this rule to all future emails from us.
4
For extra reliability: right-click the email again, choose Add to Safe Senders. This tells Outlook to always trust emails from our address.
1
Find the email from Paywall Hero (check the Other tab or Junk folder).
2
Open the email, then tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top right.
3
Tap Move to Focused Inbox — or Move to Inbox if it was in Junk.
4
When asked if you want to do this for all future messages, tap Yes.

If your Outlook account is through your workplace, your IT department may filter certain emails. Contact them if you continue to have trouble receiving our emails.
